Biography:

Dr. Uqbah Iqbal is a distinguished Malaysian scholar and researcher with a multidisciplinary background in history, socioeconomic development, and policy studies. He earned his Ph.D. in History from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where he was recognized as the youngest Ph.D. graduate in the university’s history at the time of his convocation.
Dr. Iqbal currently serves as a Socioeconomic Researcher at Research for Social Advancement (REFSA) and is actively involved in academic publishing, having authored and co-authored numerous papers and books on Malaysian history, development policy, and regional studies. His work bridges historical insight with contemporary socioeconomic challenges, offering valuable perspectives on governance, education, and public health.
