Parul Chaturvedi is the Founder and Lead Trainer of BlissYogaSG ( RCYS-Yoga
Alliance), Singapore, specialising in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing for children,
teens, and individuals with diverse needs. She is an E-RYT® 200, RCYT®, and YACEP®,
and leads Yoga Alliance–registered Children’s Yoga & Special Needs Yoga Teacher Training
programmes.
With over a decade of experience working with children and training educators and yoga
teachers, Parul’s approach integrates mind-body tools of movement, breathwork,
mindfulness, emotional regulation, sensory-informed practices, and inclusive
adaptations. Her professional development includes training in Hatha & Yin Yoga, Children,
Teens & Special Needs Yoga & Special Needs Education, Sound healing, Trauma-
Sensitive Yoga, Play & Art Therapy, MBSR, and Yoga Therapy.
Her work includes facilitating inclusive yoga and wellbeing programmes for children, young
adults, caregivers, schools, and community organisations in Singapore & virtually. She is
