Mohamed El Khallil BOUZID is a PhD student at ENSTA – National Higher School of Advanced Technologies, Algiers, Algeria. He works as a secondary school teacher in Process Engineering and also serves as a temporary university instructor, where he teaches practical and laboratory classes. His research focuses on chitosan-based bio-nanocomposites, silver nanoparticles, active food-packaging materials, antimicrobial films, and migration-related safety assessment. His work aims to develop sustainable and high-performance food-contact materials through formulation, characterization, and functional evaluation.
