Dr Daksha Hirani is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, award-winning author and international speaker specialising in recovery from narcissistic abuse and relational trauma. She is the author of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse: The Path to Coping, Surviving and Thriving, published by Sheldon Press (Hachette UK), with a foreword by internationally recognised psychologist Dr Ramani Durvasula. Dr Hirani integrates trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with evidence-based approaches to help individuals recover from coercive control, emotional abuse and complex relational trauma. Her work focuses on restoring identity, rebuilding self-trust, enhancing psychological flexibility and supporting post-traumatic growth.
