Sally Cardy

Sally Cardy is a Professional Recovery Coach and founder of Transformative Recovery Solutions,
LLC, based in Pennsylvania. She brings more than 27 years of sobriety and extensive professional
experience to her work supporting individuals navigating substance use, recovery, and significant life
transitions.
Sally is a Professional Recovery Coach certified through Temple University. Her work is informed by
both professional training and lived experience, with a focus on helping people move beyond simply
stopping substance use to developing the skills, relationships, structure, and emotional resilience
needed for long-term recovery.
Before establishing her recovery coaching practice, Sally spent nearly 20 years at the University of
Pennsylvania, where she held leadership roles in academic operations and student services. She now
works with individuals and organizations on recovery education, coaching, and the practical
challenges that arise beyond formal treatment.
