Dr. Munzar Abbas

Dr. Munzar Abbas is a Consultant Stroke Physician and Clinical Lead for Stroke Services at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, as well as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School. His areas of expertise include acute stroke management, complex stroke presentations, stroke service development, and quality improvement. He is actively involved in clinical research, medical education, audit, and the implementation of evidence-based stroke pathways. Dr. Abbas also contributes to national stroke quality improvement through his role as Trust Lead for the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP).
