Biography:
Dr. Bachir Raho Ghalem is a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Mascara in Algeria. He earned his PhD in Applied Biology in 2011 from Sidi Bel Abbes University and has since developed a career focused on plant science, food sciences, and biochemistry. At Mascara University, he teaches biochemistry and serves as Co-Director of the Process Engineering and Chemistry of Solutions Laboratory.
